Making a splash: Ormeau Baths isn’t just a coworking space, it’s a community

Tucked away on a side street in central Belfast, the unassuming-looking Ormeau Baths is no ordinary coworking space. Set in a former bathhouse that dates back to 1888, the entrepreneurial campus today provides support to founders of scaling tech companies while continuing to evoke a powerful sense of community 131 years later.

Our Entrepreneur Engagement Manager (or ‘EEM’) Gary Davidson has helped countless companies while being based in the space. There, he’s hosted Start-Up World Cup 2019; supported IGNITE cohorts; introduced founders to the space’s Barclays Eco Lab; and much more.

We visited Ormeau Baths to interview some of its founding members and team, alongside entrepreneurs who call the space home. Give the video below a click to hear what they had to say.

“What we see is hopes, dreams and ambitions on a daily basis. We see people with really great ideas and real passion, who are creating opportunities for themselves and redefining their own future and destiny.”
