Who created them?
A government-backed initiative, the Insurtech Board’s membership spans the insurance industry and aims to work collaboratively to solve key challenges for the insurtech ecosystem.
We have, with support from our expert legal partners at Dentons and Simmons & Simmons, built a suite of legal documents. A non-disclosure agreement, an appointed representative agreement, a terms of business agreement, and amendments to create an MGA – will allow you to start and form corporate partnerships more quickly.
Why did we create them?
Access to legal services can be costly and, as we know, delays to progress impact start-ups more acutely than other businesses – so we wanted to change that.
