For the past 4 years, Orrick has been analysing a wide range of VC and growth equity investments its clients completed in Europe and provides valuable insights into trends of deal terms, all published in their Deal Flow report. Jamie Moore – Partner at Orrick’s Technology Companies Group (TCG) – will give an overview of those terms, what they’ve seen on the market, whether it’s an investor or a founders’ market, and some of the issues founders should be more careful about.
Although predominantly for Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels, the lunch is open to any c-suite position who would get some value from the session and would like to connect with colleagues in the cohort.
