18 September 2025 – LONDON. Tech Nation today unveils the Creo 2025 cohort, the UK’s pioneering springboard programme for disabled founders and entrepreneurs building solutions around disability. The 16 selected startups showcase the breadth and ambition of accessible innovation happening across the country.
The companies joining Creo 2025 span sectors from fitness and fashion to workplace technology and travel, all united by founders who understand their users’ challenges from the inside out. This cohort demonstrates remarkable diversity, with 93% founded by disabled or neurodivergent entrepreneurs and 46% women-founded or co-founded. Half are already generating revenue, while 60% have secured grant funding to fuel their growth.
Creo, developed in partnership with Motability Operations, exists to amplify disabled and neurodiverse founders who are often overlooked by traditional accelerators. The programme combines expert-led workshops, peer support, and investor connections specifically tailored for founders navigating both startup challenges and accessibility barriers.
Since launching in 2024, Creo has built a reputation for honest conversations about what it means to build a company as a disabled founder. The programme addresses gaps in traditional startup support, from accessing venture capital to building corporate partnerships that understand the value of inclusive design.
