Libra: Diversity Drives Innovation

Libra is a community for underrepresented founders to scale with intention. Libra empowers ambitious founders through a brand new immersive retreat, tailored mentorship, and lifelong networks.

Libra Is Driving Change In Tech

Kicking off with an immersive two-day retreat, Libra connects underrepresented founders with the right people, tools, and strategies to scale their businesses intentionally. Beyond the retreat, founders join a lifelong network with access to expert mentorship, peer support, and exclusive events to foster sustainable growth.
